If I could give Megan more stars, I would!! From the initial consultation phone call in search of a wedding photographer, we knew Megan was going to be the perfect person to fill this role. She was incredibly sweet, professional and very responsive from the start. We did our engagement photoshoot with her and that only confirmed that we wanted her to capture our special day. During our engagement shoot, she made us feel so comfortable and we honestly had so much fun despite being nervous. Between our engagement shoot and our wedding, Megan kept in touch making sure to send us a timeline and keep us on track of all things photography-related. We first hired Megan for our engagement photo shoot. The communication from that start was great. The day of, she made my fiancé and I feel at ease and allowed us to have so much fun during the shoot. We were in love with ALL of our engagement photos and hired her immediately to shoot our wedding. Megan put together a detailed itinerary for our entire wedding day. Never once as a bride did I have to worry about the time as Megan had it covered! She is detailed oriented, kind, creative and as mentioned before great with communication. Where do I begin with Megan?! She is more than just a photographer to me. She genuinely cares and I could feel that within seconds from our first initial phone call. Where do we even begin? We found Megan through our venue’s preferred vendors list and honestly felt overwhelmed with all the options out there. After a bunch of inquiries, Megan’s portfolio instantly stood out to us. Her photos felt timeless, warm, classic, and natural. Nothing overly trendy, just photos we could actually picture ourselves in. From the beginning, Megan was so easy to work with and made everything feel comfortable and stress free. We are definitely not people who are naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but somehow she made everything feel easy and natural. Our engagement session was such a great way to get comfortable before the wedding day too. On our wedding day, Megan absolutely delivered. It was FREEZING and windy, but she never once made us feel rushed or stressed. She captured such a beautiful mix of timeless portraits and candid moments that genuinely felt like us. We also really appreciated how organized she was. Weddings move FAST, but she helped keep us on track while still making everything feel relaxed and easy. The sneak peeks had us obsessed and when we finally got our full gallery back… wow. Truly so beautiful and even better than we imagined. Looking through them honestly felt like reliving the whole day again. We also loved being able to look back on so many little details and personal touches from the day.
